We’re Hiring: Head of Sales & Operations – Dubai Real EstateA Dubai-based real estate brokerage is looking for a hands-on leader to manage and grow its sales operation.The role includes:• Managing, training and recruiting sales agents• Monitoring leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions• Coaching agents and assisting in negotiations and closings• Managing CRM, WhatsApp integrations, reporting and sales systems• Coordinating with developers and resolving daily operational issuesRequirements:• 3–5 years of Dubai real estate experience• Proven experience managing a sales team• Strong off-plan knowledge and closing record• Strong CRM, technical and lead-management skills• Fluent Arabic and English• Strong leadership, ownership and problem-solving abilityCompensation:Competitive fixed salary + team performance override + personal sales commission.Please apply with your CV and a short voice note describing your management and closing experience.Shortlisted candidates must provide two verifiable professional references.
