Regional Sales Manager/Head of Sales - Automotive AftermarketAED 40-43,000+ family medical insurance and annual bonusDubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced candidate to lead the sales function for a leading automotive aftermarket business in the UAE. The role will have overall responsibility for managing and developing sales activities across UAE, Egypt, East Africa, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Libya, with a strong focus on increasing sales volumes, expanding market coverage and delivering business growth across the region.Key responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop the regional sales team.Drive sales strategy and execution across the assigned markets.Take ownership of sales performance, volume growth and achievement of commercial targets.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across the region.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and business partners.Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Managers, ensuring effective market coverage and performance.

Requirements

Strong experience in the automotive aftermarket sectorProven experience managing sales teams and driving business growth across multiple markets.Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Regional experience across the Middle East and/or Africa, with exposure to multiple international markets.
