قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob SummaryThe Head of Sales is responsible for leading and executing EjadTech’s sales strategy across government, semi-government, and private-sector markets, with direct accountability for achieving revenue targets, driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, acquiring strategic clients, and developing high-value business opportunities.The role requires an experienced sales leader with strong knowledge of the Saudi technology and digital transformation market, an established professional network, and a proven track record of converting opportunities into sustainable revenue and long-term client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Commercial PerformanceDevelop and execute the company’s sales strategy in alignment with business objectives.Own and deliver annual and quarterly sales and revenue targets across government and private-sector markets.Identify priority sectors, strategic accounts, and new growth opportunities.Manage sales performance, gross margins, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy.Maintain a healthy and qualified sales pipeline sufficient to achieve revenue targets.Monitor market trends, client needs, government initiatives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.Provide senior management with accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and commercial insights.Business Development & Strategic AccountsIdentify and acquire new clients across government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations.Develop strategic opportunities aligned with EjadTech’s technology, digital transformation, and consulting capabilities.Lead major opportunities from qualification through proposal, negotiation, and commercial closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, senior government stakeholders, procurement leaders, and key decision-makers.Develop and grow strategic accounts and identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.Convert business relationships and opportunities into contracts, projects, and long-term client partnerships.Represent EjadTech in strategic client meetings and relevant industry events locally and internationally.Sales Team LeadershipLead, manage, and develop the Sales and Business Development team across government and private-sector markets.Set clear sales targets, account responsibilities, and performance expectations.Monitor team performance and conduct regular pipeline, account, and forecasting reviews.Coach the team on strategic selling, account management, negotiation, and deal closure.Establish effective sales processes and ensure accurate CRM and pipeline management.Build a results-driven sales culture focused on accountability and commercial performance.Tenders & Commercial NegotiationsIdentify and evaluate government and enterprise tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement opportunities.Lead the qualification and bid/no-bid assessment of strategic opportunities.Oversee technical and commercial proposals in coordination with Presales, Technical, Consulting, Finance, and Legal teams.Review pricing, profitability, commercial terms, contractual requirements, and commercial risks.Lead commercial negotiations for strategic and high-value opportunities.Manage opportunities through award and contract execution and ensure effective handover to delivery teams.Strategic PartnershipsIdentify and develop strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and market expansion.Build relationships with local and international technology vendors, consulting firms, system integrators, and strategic partners.Develop joint business opportunities and go-to-market initiatives with selected partners.Leverage partnerships to strengthen EjadTech’s positioning across government and private-sector opportunities.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with Technical, Consulting, Presales, and Delivery teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.Work with Marketing to support lead generation and market positioning.Coordinate with Finance and Legal on pricing, profitability, commercial approvals, negotiations, and contracts.Provide market and customer insights to support business growth and service development.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B Sales, B2G Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or related commercial roles.Minimum of 5 years in a senior sales leadership position.Previous experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, Technology Services, or Technology Consulting is mandatory.Proven experience selling technology solutions and services to both government and private-sector clients in Saudi Arabia.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.Strong experience in strategic account management, tenders, RFPs, commercial negotiations, pricing, and contract management.Experience managing complex and long sales cycles and high-value opportunities.Proven experience leading sales teams and developing strategic partnerships.RequirementsStrong and active professional network across government, semi-government, and private-sector organizations, including relevant local and international organizations.Strong relationships with C-level executives, senior government stakeholders, procurement leaders, and key decision-makers.Strong knowledge of the Saudi IT, Digital Transformation, AI, Technology Services, and Technology Consulting market.Strong understanding of B2B and B2G sales, government and enterprise procurement, tenders, and contracting processes.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage revenue, margins, pricing, pipeline, and sales forecasts.Excellent leadership, strategic selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
