We are looking for an experienced Vice President – Sales & Marketing to join our real estate development team.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of Sales Directors and RM's.Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand development.Oversee project launches, sales operations, and customer experience.Build and lead high-performing teams.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.Requirements:4+ years of experience as a Vice President in a real estate developer/company.6+ years of experience in the real estate industry.Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and operational management skills.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management abilities.
