About the CompanyOne of the Leading Courier/ Last mile/3PL Service provider is searching for a Head of Sales for their UAE operations.About the RoleJob Location is Dubai and Position will be reporting to the COO.ResponsibilitiesSales Growth & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in courier, last-mile delivery, and supply chain (3PL) services.Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through tenders, partnerships, and strategic alliances.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets.Client Management & RetentionStrengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities.Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic customer accounts.Market Expansion & Positioning market entry into new segments, channels, and industries in the logistics domain.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust commercial strategy.Operator Franchise OversightEnsure the continued profitability and growth of the operator franchise business.Qualifications10-14 years’ experience in sales, business development, and commercial leadership, preferably in logistics, courier, 3PL, or telecom. ● Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. ● Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts. ● Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. ● Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).
