Head of Revenue – Corporate Services

Location: Dubai, UAESalary: Up to AED 30,000 per monthOTE 2-3x BaseSELECTED RECRUITMENT is partnering with a leading Corporate Services business in Dubai to recruit an experienced Head of Revenue.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take ownership of revenue performance, lead and develop a high-performing team, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth across the business.The successful candidate will combine strong people leadership with a data-driven approach to revenue, performance and customer experience.Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach and develop the revenue and client-facing function- Take ownership of revenue performance and delivery against commercial targets- Identify opportunities to increase revenue across new and existing clients- Improve conversion, retention and overall customer value- Develop and monitor KPIs, revenue targets and forecasts- Use CRM, reporting and performance data to identify risks, trends and growth opportunities- Improve commercial processes and customer journeys to maximise performance- Manage complex client situations and commercial escalations where required- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance and Customer Experience teams- Provide senior leadership with regular reporting and insight into revenue performance- Build a high-performance culture with clear accountability across the teamCandidate Requirements- Proven experience within Revenue, Sales, Commercial, Account Management or Client Success leadership- Previous experience managing and developing high-performing teams- Strong track record of delivering against commercial and revenue targets- Excellent understanding of KPIs, forecasting, pipelines and performance reporting- Strong CRM and data analysis capabilities- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- Confident operating within a fast-paced, target-driven environment- Experience within Corporate Services, Business Services, Financial Services or another customer-led environment would be highly advantageousThe OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious commercial leader to take ownership of a key function within a growing Dubai-based business.The role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to directly influence revenue strategy, team performance and the continued growth of the organisation.To apply, please submit your CV through LinkedIn or contact SELECTED RECRUITMENT directly for a confidential conversation.Let's Get You #SELECTED
