Head of Sales

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Sales Head to join a growing manufacturer in the cement products and building materials industry, based in Makkah.This is an opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and take broader responsibility for the sales function — from strategy and customer relationships to team development and business growth.The role will involve:* Developing and executing the sales and market growth strategy* Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team* Driving revenue, market penetration, and profitable growth* Building strong relationships with major customers, contractors, distributors, and project stakeholders* Identifying new markets and business opportunities* Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting* Monitoring sales performance and turning market insights into action* Working closely with Operations, Finance, Quality, and other functions to achieve business objectivesWe are looking for someone with:* Solid B2B sales experience, preferably in cement products, concrete products, building materials, construction materials, or related industries* Good understanding of the Saudi construction and building materials market* A proven track record in business development and key account management* Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills* A customer-focused and results-oriented approach* The ability to influence, coach, and develop people* A strong sense of ownership and accountability* The ambition to grow and take on broader business responsibilitiesWhat makes this opportunity different is the scope.
