You will own the complete sales function defined as; recruit, train, motivate and lead the sales team.Managing the sales pipeline, improving conversion from lead to close, enforcing CRM discipline, improving follow-up speed, strengthening buyer communication and ensuring that serious acquisition opportunities are moved forward with urgency.What We Are Looking ForExperience in recruiting and leading a sales team, in industries like: investment products, M&A, business brokerage, private equity.Experience of building a positive, rewarding but challenging team culture that leads to high performance for all.Experience in defining target audiences and developing channels to find them.Experienced in leading training sessions by reviewing calls and meetings, challenging weak performance and improving sales scripts, processes and individual performances.Commercially sharp and comfortable handling high-value buyer conversations.Strong experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs, with a clear understanding of pipeline management, deal stages, reporting, follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene.The position will be filled immediately for the right candidate.Working at Ecomma is more than just a job.
