Role Description The Head of Sales (Investment) is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for leading and scaling the investment sales function. This role oversees the development and execution of sales strategies for investment products, manages key client relationships, and drives revenue growth across target markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the sales team, setting performance targets, monitoring pipelines, reviewing sales forecasts, and bringing an investors. The role also involves coaching and mentoring team members, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying new business opportunities through market research and networking.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets in investment or financial services.Candidates should possess proven Account Management capabilities, including managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction.Candidates should possess solid Team Management experience, including leading, motivating, and developing sales teams in a performance-driven environment.Relevant experience in investment products, wealth management, asset management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and high-net-worth clients.Familiarity with regional regulatory frameworks and the Dubai financial market, along with fluency in English; Russian language is must.
