Head of Sales – LATAM (Russian Speaking)

Our products are represented in more than 91 countries worldwide, and we are proud to be one of the leading brands in the European beauty industry.As part of our continued international expansion, we are looking for an experienced Head of Sales LATAM.This is a strategic leadership role based in Warsaw, Poland, with responsibility for driving sales growth, strengthening our market presence, and building a high-performing sales team.Your Responsibilities:Develop and implement the sales strategy across the LATAM markets.Drive business growth and achieve sales targets within the region.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's distribution network.Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors, key accounts, and strategic partners.Lead commercial negotiations and manage key customer relationships.Participate in the development of pricing, bonus, and commercial policies.Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.Plan and oversee regional trade marketing activities.Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and business events.Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers.Monitor team performance and ensure the successful execution of business objectives.Our Expectations:Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within international B2B sales.Proven experience in developing regional or export markets.Fluent Spanish (C1 level or higher) are required; knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a strong advantage.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical thinking and financial acumen.Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams.Willingness to travel frequently across the Latin American (LATAM) region.Based in Warsaw, Poland, or willing to relocate.We Offer:A strategic leadership role in a stable and fast-growing international company.The opportunity to shape and expand our business across the Scandinavian markets.Competitive salary with an attractive performance-based bonus system.Work from our modern office in Warsaw with regular international business travel.Opportunities for professional and career growth within an international organization.A collaborative, ambitious, and supportive team.Participation in exciting international projects and the opportunity to make a real impact on the company's growth.📩 If you're interested in this opportunity and meet the requirements, we'd love to hear from you!
