With multiple leisure and accommodation offerings they are a market leader within their defined segment and continue to push the boundaries in terms of digital and technology initiatives. As the business scales its commercial function, they are seeking a senior sales leader to head up their group and event sales team.The role will take ownership of the corporate, group and event sales function across the entire portfolio, driving commercial results, conversion rates, and overall team performance. Delivering room and food & beverage revenue targets sits at the core of the position, alongside building and developing a high-performing sales team from enquiry stage through to flawless event delivery. Leading and developing a team of up to eight people is a crucial element of the role as the organisation continues to expand. Working in close partnership with revenue management and wider operational teams, the position will be responsible for shaping and refining the group and event sales approach, overseeing major commercial accounts, and continually sharpening sales processes and tools.To be considered for the role it is essential you have a minimum of five years' experience in sales and group/event business gained within luxury hospitality, ideally including exposure to food & beverage banquet operations and multi-revenue leisure environments. Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation is essential. Fluency in German and English is also essential, with additional languages considered an advantage.
