You know the founders, the HR leaders, the staffing agency owners, and people take your call.Specifically, you've likely spent years in recruitment, staffing or B2B sales into the UAE market, or you run your own practice serving companies here. Either way, your network is current and real, and you can name the people you'd reach out to next week. We'd prefer you if a rolodex exists already. If you're planning to build that network after joining, this isn't the role. The roleYou own our UAE market. You're not inheriting a pipeline, you're opening the market, building the relationships, closing the deals, and eventually building the team underneath you.You'd report directly to our CEO. What you'll doOwn the UAE go-to-market end to end: strategy, pipeline, closing, and the team you buildLand block deals with staffing firms, IT delivery partners and systems integrators, not one placement at a timeOpen direct relationships with founders, CTOs and heads of engineering at AI-native and scaling companiesWork alongside our India-based sourcing and delivery team, who handle candidate pipeline end to endOwn your number and build the desk beneath you as volume grows What we're looking for5+ years in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales into the UAE marketAn existing, current network among UAE recruitment agencies, HR leaders, IT services firms or AI-forward companiesTrack record closing volume deals, not just individual placementsBased in Dubai, with the right to work in the UAE Comfortable owning a number with no inherited pipeline on day one What matters more than a CVTell us plainly: whose door could you open next week, and why would they take your call.
