You are building something from scratch, driving the build of a propriety planning platform which is going to ensure the business continues to go from strength to strength - and given that the business has been growing over 100% year on year since being founded, this is some statement.This is a brand-new function. You are coming in to create it, shape it, and own it. There is no playbook to inherit, no legacy structure to work around.
