Department: Strategic PartnershipsWe are seeking a strategic and commercially minded professional to lead initiatives that strengthen local pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing capabilities and attract foreign direct investment into the UAE.This role will support national priorities for health security, supply resilience, industrial growth, and the UAE’s position as a regional manufacturing and distribution hub.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to enhance local pharmaceutical and medical manufacturing capacity.Identify priority products, localization opportunities, and technology-transfer initiatives.Support export expansion for locally manufactured healthcare products.Attract and engage local and international investors and address barriers to investment.Develop policy recommendations and financial/non-financial incentives to support manufacturing and FDI.Build strategic partnerships and support joint investment initiatives.Coordinate with ministries, economic departments, and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with national strategies.Track initiatives, develop KPIs, and prepare management reports.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.8–12 years of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare manufacturing, investment promotion, or related sectors.Key SkillsStrategic planning and executionInvestor and stakeholder engagementPharmaceutical manufacturing and supply-chain knowledgePolicy and incentive developmentStrong analytical, communication, and reporting skills#Hiring #PharmaceuticalIndustry #Healthcare #Manufacturing #FDI #InvestmentAttraction #StrategicPartnerships #UAEJobs
