Head of Ship Management

Are you an experienced Head of a ship management company overlooking Technical and Marine operations of a fleet of oil tankers with global exposure?This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market leading shipping conglomerate managing a large fleet of oil tankers based out of Cyprus.You will be responsible to manage technical and marine teams across Europe and should have ideally been in a similar leadership role for 2-5 years. Strong management skills and ability to manage denior stakeholders internally and externally is a MUST!The ideal candidate is a Chief Engineer/Master Mariner background with 10-15 years of shore based experience in managing a fleet of oil tankers globally and reporting to the CEO.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for this position.
