The role ensures that services are planned, designed, transitioned, delivered, supported, measured and improved in a controlled, secure and business-aligned manner.About the RoleEnterprise-wide accountability for Service Assurance, Service Performance, Service Excellence, Service Introduction, supplier integration, service management system governance, information security alignment and continual improvement across IT, digital, facilities-enabled and smart-building services.ResponsibilitiesSIAM operating model, governance calendar and decision forumsService Management System controls, objectives, reports and improvement plansIntegrated service performance dashboards, service health indicators and management reportsMajor incident reviews, problem elimination plans and service risk registersSupplier performance reviews, remediation plans and onboarding/offboarding controlsService introduction checklists, readiness assessments and service acceptance recordsAudit evidence packs, management review inputs and corrective action trackersControlled documentation, knowledge articles, service models and operating procedures Qualifications12–15+ years in IT service management, service integration, service delivery or enterprise operations, including significant leadership experience in multi-provider environments. Required SkillsStrong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud services, infrastructure operations, application support, integration platforms, monitoring solutions and cybersecurity controls within multi-vendor environments.Demonstrated experience leading service governance, vendor integration, operational resilience, service transition, performance management and transformation initiatives.Strong practical experience operating or governing a SIAM / multi-supplier model with cross-functional and cross-provider accountability.ITIL 4 certification required; SIAM Professional preferred. ISO/IEC 20000 and ISO/IEC 27001 awareness, implementation or audit exposure strongly preferred.Experience in real estate, facilities, smart buildings, government-aligned enterprises or complex managed services environments is advantageous.Strategic thinking, governance leadership, service lifecycle management, risk-based decision-making, supplier management, audit readiness, executive communication, negotiation, analytical thinking and influence without direct authority.Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, databases and business applications. Ability to interpret technical architecture diagrams, service maps and dependency models. Knowledge of monitoring, observability and IT operations tooling. Understanding of cybersecurity controls, vulnerability management and operational resilience principles. Experience assessing technical risks, technical debt, capacity constraints and service recoverability. Ability to challenge technical suppliers using service performance, availability and operational data.
