Head of Soft Services

We are looking for an experienced Head of Soft Services to lead and manage the Soft Services division across its UAE operations. The role is responsible for operational excellence, service quality, client satisfaction, workforce management, business development, contract mobilization, cost control, and divisional performance. WHAT YOU’LL OWNLead Soft Services operations across branches and ensure consistent service quality and contractual compliance.Monitor site performance, conduct inspections, and drive continuous service improvement.Manage manpower planning, recruitment coordination, training, and team development.Build strong client relationships and ensure SLA/KPI compliance and customer satisfaction.Support business development, tendering, estimation, costing, and contract mobilization.Monitor operational costs and contract profitability, implementing effective cost-control measures.Lead and develop the Soft Services team while ensuring effective coordination with HR, Sales, Finance, Procurement, HSE/Quality, and Operations.Provide management reports on operational performance, client satisfaction, manpower, financial performance, tenders, and key risks.WHAT WE NEEDProven senior-level experience in Soft Services / Facilities Management.Strong experience managing multi-site operations and operational teams.Experience in client and contract management, tendering, estimation, and mobilization.Strong commercial understanding, including cost control and contract profitability.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of UAE FM practices, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.  If you are an experienced Soft Services leader with the operational expertise, commercial understanding, and leadership capability to drive performance across a growing facilities management business, we invite you to apply.Apply now and become part of the DIFM leadership team.
