With a growing portfolio of sector-specific AI products and a core mission to drive IP leadership and talent supremacy world-wide, HUMAIN is engineered for global competitiveness and national distinction.Minimum Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.12+ years of progressive experience in solution engineering, enterprise architecture, systems integration or technology delivery.6+ years of leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary technical teams within a complex enterprise environment.Demonstrated experience leading solution design and delivery for large-scale technology initiatives in the resources, energy or adjacent industrial sectors.Proven experience in budget management, strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement.Preferred:Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.Professional certification in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, solution architecture or project/program management.Experience supporting pre-sales, bid management or commercially driven solution development activities.Knowledge & Skills:Strong knowledge of solution engineering, enterprise architecture and systems integration methodologies.Ability to lead technical strategy execution across multiple teams and complex delivery portfolios.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align technical solutions to business value and sector needs.Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and executive communication skills.Knowledge of governance, risk management and quality assurance practices within technology delivery.Ability to assess emerging technologies and translate them into practical sector-relevant solution capabilities.Strong planning, budgeting and performance management capability.Leadership skills to build teams, develop capability and drive accountability across the function.
