Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end sourcing strategy across hair care, skin care, personal care and beauty categories.Build a strong and scalable supplier/manufacturer ecosystem across India.Identify, evaluate and onboard new manufacturing partners aligned to companys growth plans.Develop sourcing capabilities that enable speed, innovation, cost competitiveness and quality.Drive strategic negotiations with manufacturers and suppliers across pricing, capacity, MOQ, lead times and commercial terms.Develop a deep understanding of the ecosystem, including manufacturers, formulations, capabilities and market trends.Partner closely with category, product, finance and business teams to translate category requirements into sourcing strategies.Build alternate supplier networks and improve supply resilience.Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, product innovation and faster time-to-market.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is not just a process manager.
