Manage digital content in line with the Ministry's marketing plans, priorities and objectives.2. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.3. Manage official communication during crises and disasters, ensuring effective coordination of procedures and media and press messages.4. Prepare the section's proposed strategic plan, contribute to its development, and prepare and monitor operational plans to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.5. Respond to inquiries and complaints received through communication channels and coordinate the necessary action with the Customer Happiness Channels Department.6. Monitor performance indicators periodically, prepare section progress reports and submit them to the department director.7. Contribute to developing and implementing the government communication strategy in alignment with the Ministry's strategy and relevant government directions.8. Analyze, monitor and archive media coverage concerning the Ministry in print and electronic media, and propose appropriate media responses.9. Plan and manage traditional and interactive media content; identify the programs, plans and media activities needed to develop and implement the Ministry's content.10. Plan, manage and carry out arrangements for interviews and media sessions involving the Ministry's official spokespersons, and handle media inquiries.11. Draft, translate and publish news and press reports through available internal and external publishing channels.12. Draft speeches and statements for the Ministry's official spokesperson for formal and informal occasions, including events, activities and conferences.13. Ensure customer engagement through digital communication tools, including questionnaires, opinion polls and monitoring public opinion on the Ministry's work.14. Measure and evaluate internal and external corporate communication, analyze its impact, and review the tools and channels used.15. Follow up and implement media planning for communications concerning the Ministry's policies, programs and performance, supporting communication and partnerships.16. Develop programs for continuous learning, development, training and motivation of teams to ensure the highest service quality.17. Establish principles and controls for managing and directing operations and improving productivity; strengthen internal and external partner relationships to deliver services to the highest standards.
