The Senior Supply Chain Director is fully accountable for the Company’s overall operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and serving as a solid foundation for WinEco’s accelerated, comprehensive, and sustainable growth.Lead the design and development of the Company’s operational management system; build a strong talent pipeline and succession bench; and ensure all functions operate in a well-structured, effective, and high-performance mannerA. JOB DESCRIPTIONStrategic PlanningPartner with the CEO to define the company's vision, mission, core values, and long-term strategic direction.Develop both short-term and long-term operational strategies.End-to-End Operational ExcellenceLead performance management across the entire operations function.Drive execution excellence and continuous improvement from farms to post-harvest operations and distribution.Implement Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize productivity, reduce waste, and improve cost-to-serve.Production and Supply ManagementTranslate market demand into optimized production plans across owned farms and partner farms.Ensure production capacity, output, quality, and supply reliability.Develop and manage partnership models with contract farms to support future growth.Post-Harvest Operations OptimizationOptimize processing, warehousing, and distribution operations to maximize product value after harvest.Leverage technology and improve leftover management to maximize commercial value from total production.Procurement and Sourcing ManagementDevelop and manage procurement and sourcing strategies.Balance cost, quality, reliability, and risk while ensuring compliance with governance standards.Supply PlanningLead the integrated supply planning process.Balance market demand, supply capability, and financial objectives to ensure an executable operating plan.Quality ManagementEnsure end-to-end quality management and food safety across the value chain.Maintain compliance with quality standards and protect the company's brand reputation.Financial Performance – Operations P&LOwnershipTake full ownership of the Operations P&L.Manage operating budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives to improve long-term profitability.Organizational Capability and High-Performance CultureBuild organizational capability across people, processes, and technology.Develop succession talent and foster a culture of discipline, transparency, and high performance fresh food, agriculture, or integrated E2E business models.B. REQUIREMENTSEdducationBachelor's degree or above. A Master's degree, such as an MBA, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Production Management, is highly preferred.ExperienceA minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management.LeadershipAt least 5 to 7 years in senior leadership positions, at the Head or Director level or above, managing multi-site operations.Functional ExpertiseProven experience in operational restructuring, improving EBITDA, optimizing costs, and building performance management systems.Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, fresh food, agriculture, or integrated end-to-end business models is strongly preferred.
