The company is entering its next phase of growth, including expansion into Amazon, and is building the team and operational infrastructure needed to support significant scale. With products manufactured internationally and a lean, entrepreneurial team, the company is looking for a hands-on Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain and build scalable processes for the future.The Head of Supply Chain will serve as the operational backbone of the business, owning the supply chain from international production through U.S. fulfillment. This role will focus heavily on international logistics, demand forecasting, inventory planning, and 3PL management. You will work closely with the founders and external partners to ensure inventory is in the right place at the right time while building the systems and processes needed to support continued growth.Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end supply chain, with a heavy focus on international logistics and imports into the U.S.Lead demand forecasting, inventory planning, reorder strategy, and production timelines across DTC and Amazon.Manage relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL partners.Oversee import logistics, including freight, customs clearance, documentation, compliance, and delivery into U.S. fulfillment centers.Manage packaging and production timelines to ensure materials are produced, delivered to suppliers, and ready to support production schedules.Support Amazon fulfillment operations, including inventory allocation, replenishment, and inbound planning.Track landed costs and identify opportunities to improve freight, fulfillment, inventory, and overall supply chain efficiency.Build scalable processes, forecasting tools, SOPs, and reporting infrastructure as the business grows.Requirements: 6+ years of experience across supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related function.Strong hands-on experience with international import logistics, including freight forwarding and customs.Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, and 3PL/fulfillment management.Experience in DTC, CPG, food, wellness, and subscriptions.Experience scaling a business from approximately $10MM to $100MM in revenue.Strong Excel and analytical skills with the ability to build forecasting and inventory tools/Experience operating within a startup, emerging brand, or other lean, high-growth environment.Exposure to Amazon FBA is a plus.Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working across international suppliers and time zones.
