Head of Supply Chain Management

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Supply Chain to lead the transformation of its end-to-end supply chain function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this strategic leadership role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, cost optimization, procurement effectiveness, logistics performance, and overall supply chain governance across the business.This is a unique opportunity for a supply chain leader who thrives in a turnaround environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams, improving accountability, and delivering sustainable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end supply chain function, including procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business objectives and profitability targets.Identify and eliminate cost inefficiencies across procurement, inventory, transportation, and operations.Establish strong governance, KPIs, policies, and operational controls to improve execution discipline.Lead supplier relationship management and enhance sourcing strategies to maximize value and performance.Optimize logistics, planning, and inventory management processes to improve service levels and working capital performance.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team and culture.Partner closely with business leaders to support operational and commercial objectives.RequirementsSaudi NationalBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations within cement, building materials, heavy manufacturing, mining, or similar industrial sectors.Strong expertise across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and supplier management.Demonstrated success driving transformation, cost optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.Commercially astute with a strong understanding of both buy-side and sell-side supply chain operations.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at executive level.
