One cloud for compute, inference, and agents.About the RoleYou will serve as a strategic supply chain leader, driving GMI Cloud's end-to-end global supply chain vision, organizational management, and operational execution for our AI datacenter buildout. This includes leading commodity management, material master planning, strategic sourcing, international logistics, inventory control, and executive-level vendor governance across our global site clusters in Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and the US. This is a pivotal executive leadership role in a dynamic NCP environment. You will architect, scale, and manage a high-performing global team while driving strategic partner alignment with key ecosystem leaders. Success is measured by long-term capacity planning, operational resilience, vendor synergy, and delivering racked, powered GPU capacity on schedule.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global supply chain strategy, master material delivery roadmap, and risk management frameworks for GPU compute, networking, storage, and datacenter MEP infrastructure (encompassing contracting services, labor costs, and materials) across all deployment regions (Thailand, Japan, US, Taiwan).Build, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary global supply chain teams across sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics; establish organizational structure, strategic KPIs, performance cadences, and leadership development.Spearhead executive-level relationship management and strategic alliances with key leadership at NVIDIA, tier-1 OEM/ODM partners (e.g., Inspur and key integration partners), contract manufacturers, and critical component vendors; lead high-stakes commercial negotiations and master agreement executions.Drive commodity strategy for GPU, CPU, memory and networking — allocation management, dual-sourcing, cost roadmaps and long-lead-time risk mitigation.Run demand planning and S&OP against a fast-moving capacity roadmap; translate cluster deployment plans into procurement and delivery schedules.Direct international logistics, customs/trade compliance, and end-to-end material tracking across site locations worldwide (Thailand, Japan, US, Taiwan), proactively resolving bottlenecks to safeguard deployment schedules.Establish inventory and asset control across sites — spares strategy, RMA and warranty flow, cycle counting, and accurate reporting to Finance.Partner closely with Infrastructure, Datacenter Operations, Finance and the US leadership team; provide executive-level visibility on cost, risk and delivery status.Qualifications15+ years in supply chain, procurement or sourcing within server, datacenter or IT hardware; at least 5 years leading multi-function teams.Track record at a tier-1 server OEM/ODM, hyperscaler, or large enterprise hardware organization, operating at senior leadership level.Deep commodity knowledge in server systems — GPU/CPU, memory, storage, networking — including allocation-constrained environments.Proven international logistics experience across Asia and the US, including import/export and customs compliance.Strong commercial negotiation record with large-value, long-lead-time hardware programs.Professional working proficiency in English (daily collaboration with our US leadership team and international suppliers) and fluent Mandarin.Thrive in a fast-moving NCP dynamic scaling environment: highly hands-on, detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting driver/hardware requirements, and decisive under incomplete information.Required SkillsSupply chain leadership across sourcing, procurement, planning, and logistics.Executive-level relationship management and strategic alliances with OEM/ODM partners, contract manufacturers, and critical component vendors.Commodity strategy for GPU, CPU, memory, networking, including allocation management and risk mitigation.Demand planning and S&OP in fast-moving capacity environments.International logistics, customs/trade compliance, and end-to-end material tracking.Inventory and asset control, including spares strategy, RMA, warranty flow, and reporting.Executive communication on cost, risk, and delivery status.Preferred SkillsDirect experience with NVIDIA Cloud Partner (NCP) GPU cloud delivery, HGX / NVL72-class systems, and BOM optimization across GPU/Networking.Proven collaboration with OEM/ODM ecosystems (e.g., Inspur) for full end-to-end system and rack integration delivery.Datacenter buildout exposure: MEP materials and contracting services (including labor costs), rack integration, on-site deployment logistics.Experience standing up a supply chain function or ERP/planning system from scratch.Prior work with cloud, AI infrastructure or colocation providers.Why This RoleDirect ownership of the supply chain that determines how fast a fast-growing AI cloud can scale.Early access to every new NVIDIA platform generation as a Reference Cloud Partner.Leadership scope with a genuine team-building mandate, not a maintenance seat.Multi-site international footprint from day one: Taiwan, APAC, US.
