This individual will work across Shareholder Advisory, Strategic Communications and Sustainability to unite our recruitment strategy and drive real impact in our approach to talent, recruitment, interviews and onboarding. This role will be responsible for oversight of recruitment activity across regions globally, including collaboration and reporting on activity in New York, London, and Sydney. This individual will have the opportunity to shape the talent brand, which includes collaboration with internal stakeholders across Marketing, the People Team, and finance. This person will partner with the Global and Regional leaders of the businessThis position is located in New York. Relocation assistance is not available. Key ResponsibilitiesImplement best-in-class recruitment standards across the firm globally. This includes structuring interview structures, training, and support to local People Team members.Source, Screen, and Hire talent that aligns with headcount goals and overall growth strategy.Source and map executive and senior talent in niche, advisory markets.Communicate changes to recruitment technology and processes across a global organization.Oversee global internship program and partner with regional People Team members to attract, develop, and retain junior talent.Work with the Chief People Officer to report on recruitment activity and overall headcount.Provide data and support to Global Leads and C-Suite regarding inorganic growth opportunities.Enhance the reputation as a leading Shareholder Advisory firm in the region and globally. This includes monitoring external platforms like Glassdoor for accuracy.Qualifications:10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth, finance or professional-services environment.Experience using Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Resource Manager.Proven success in developing and executing global, integrated strategies.Strong experience partnering with advisory and executive leadership teams.Track record of leading organizations through change, transformation, or scale.Strategic and creative, with a strong focus on execution.Exceptional communication and presentation skills; credible and influential at the executive level.Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities may shift.Proactive, self-starter, comfortable working in a flat organization.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
