The business is scaling, the stakes are high, and the expectation is clear: build a TA function that can deliver world-class hiring outcomes—fast, structured, and with real credibility at leadership level.This is a role for someone who can sit with senior stakeholders, translate growth plans into hiring reality, and build a team that delivers while keeping a sharp eye on Vision 2030, Saudisation, and the wider national investment momentum (including the impact of PIF-backed transformation across the market).What you’ll be doing (day to day, in the real world)Own the TA strategy and make it happen aligned to business growth, localisation goals, and workforce planning.Lead and develop a high-performing TA team (you’ll set standards, coach capability, and drive accountability).Partner with senior leaders to define what “good” looks like: role clarity, assessment, selection, and hiring decisions that stick.Build hiring processes that are structured but not bureaucratic—quality and speed, without chaos.Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience in a competitive KSA market (because reputation matters).Manage agencies and partners properly: clear SLAs, performance expectations, and ROI.Use market intelligence and data to advise leaders on availability, salary trends, timelines, and risk.What we need from youNon-negotiablesFluent English (written and spoken) mandatory.Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition and managing a TA team.Strong stakeholder management (you can influence, challenge, and align senior leaders).A delivery mindset: you care about outcomes, not just activity.Nice to have (but genuinely valuable here)Experience across both agency and in-house TA (you understand how to drive performance from both sides).KSA/GCC exposure and a strong understanding of Saudisation/localisation hiring.Comfortable with metrics: time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, funnel conversion, source performance, forecasting.Why this role is worth your timeIt’s a proper leadership seat with visibility and influence.You’ll be building something that matters—supporting growth aligned to Vision 2030, not just “filling vacancies.”Exclusive to eMagine Solutions (confidential search).
