Prospective team members join a firm that values collaboration, high-quality advisory services, and long-term client impact.Role Description The Head of Tourism Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees the planning, development, and execution of tourism initiatives and projects for clients, ensuring alignment with broader business and government strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing tourism programs, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supervising client deliverables, and monitoring project performance and budgets. The Head of Tourism Operations will design and refine tourism operating models, lead market analysis and benchmarking, and ensure high service standards in hospitality-related engagements. The role also involves mentoring team members, preparing strategic reports and presentations, and representing QHM Consultancies in client and partner meetings.QualificationsStrong expertise in Tourism and Hospitality, with a proven ability to design and manage tourism operations and service delivery.Solid background in Marketing within the tourism or service sectors, including the ability to develop and implement promotional strategies.Demonstrated Research skills, particularly in market analysis, benchmarking, and data-driven decision-making in tourism-related contexts.Advanced Strategic Planning capabilities, including experience in developing tourism strategies, operational frameworks, and long-term action plans.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in the GCC or Middle East region, preferably in advisory, government, or large corporate environments.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
