Angle Recruitment has partnered with an established shipping company to appoint its next Head of Trade.Based in Singapore, you'll lead the trade and commercial strategy across key international markets, with responsibility for growth, profitability and execution.Set and deliver the trade and commercial strategyDrive pricing, yield, forecasting, capacity and P&L performanceDevelop new commercial opportunities and strengthen existing trade performanceManage key relationships with terminals, vendors, agents and partnersWork closely with Sales, Network, Operations, Procurement and FinanceLead and develop a high-performing teamYou'll bring senior commercial or trade experience in shipping, ideally from a carrier, with strong knowledge of international trade markets and a track record across pricing, yield, P&L and commercial strategy.You'll be commercially driven, analytical and hands-on, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and turn strategy into results.
