Head of Trading

We're partnered with an established, diversified energy group in Dubai, with its own downstream operations and logistics infrastructure across the UAE, who are appointing a Founding Physical Products Trader / Head of Trading.You'll take ownership of building the group's international physical trading activity from the ground up: originating, structuring and executing diesel/gasoil and middle-distillate transactions, developing supply and offtake relationships with refiners, majors, trading houses and regional buyers, and establishing the trading processes, controls and future team as the desk scales.A Dubai based role, building a new trading desk.We're talking to candidates with strong physical refined-products trading experience, particularly in diesel/gasoil, and a proven ability to originate and execute physical trades directly, not a broking, paper-trading or purely operational background.If this is you, or someone in your network, get in touch.
