Currently, they are seeking a highly experienced professional for a senior leadership role in proprietary trading. Role Overview:Lead the trading desk, managing P&L, risk, and capital allocationDevelop and execute trading strategies across intraday, day-ahead, and cross-border marketsBuild and manage a high-performance team of tradersCollaborate with quant and technology teams to optimise trading signals and automationDrive growth of the proprietary trading book and enhance returnsRequired Experience & Skills:Proven senior power trading or trading management experience with significant P&L ownershipDeep knowledge of European power markets, especially CWE and short-term tradingStrong track record in risk management, alpha generation, and portfolio optimisationLeadership skills to build and motivate a trading teamRelocation to Switzerland is essential
