Head of Transformation — DubaiWe're partnering with a well-established, multi-business organisation in Dubai to find a senior transformation leader who can own change from strategy through to execution.You'll sit close to the executive team, setting the pace for how the business modernises — steering everything from new venture development and partnership integrations to reshaping how teams operate day to day. It's a role built for someone who's comfortable holding a wide mandate and translating ambiguity into a clear, funded roadmap.Core focus areas:Set the transformation agenda and keep it tied to where the business is headingBuild and run the governance rhythm — steering groups, milestone reviews, escalation pathsLead complex deal work: partnerships, acquisitions, and post-deal integrationStand up a dedicated innovation function to pressure-test new ideas before they scaleKeep a live view of spend and resourcing across every workstream, catching risk before it bitesAct as the translator between delivery teams and the boardroom — clear reporting, clear asksWhat we're looking for:A track record spanning 10+ years running change or transformation efforts across multiple functions, with a solid stretch — 5+ years — in a senior leadership seatComfortable owning governance structures and enterprise-level reporting from scratchHands-on experience with deal-making — due diligence, integration, restructuringFluency with agile ways of working and the digital/ERP backbone that supports themBackground: candidates from hospitality, master-planned development, real estate or multifaceted UAE family group companies would be desirable
