Head of Transformation

Job Title: Head of Transformation - Wholesale / CIBGI’m currently supporting a leading financial services organisation with the appointment of a Senior Transformation Lead.This is a high-impact role for someone who has spent their career delivering large-scale business transformation within banking and is comfortable operating with senior executives across multiple functions.The position will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic initiatives, helping the organisation move from strategy through to execution and measurable delivery.The role will involve:Leading multiple complex transformation initiatives simultaneouslyWorking closely with senior executives to define priorities and delivery plansDriving major business and operating model changeManaging cross-functional programmes across business, operations and technologyEstablishing strong governance across the transformation portfolioIdentifying delivery risks, dependencies and resource requirementsChallenging stakeholders and ensuring programmes remain focused on commercial outcomesSupporting business teams through implementation and change adoptionWe’re looking for someone with:10+ years' experience within banking / financial servicesA strong background in transformation, strategic change or complex programme deliveryExperience delivering change within a Corporate, Wholesale or Institutional Banking environmentStrong commercial and business understanding — not purely technology transformationExperience managing multiple senior stakeholders and complex programmesConfidence operating with C-suite / executive-level stakeholdersA track record of taking major initiatives from concept through to implementationThis is an excellent opportunity for someone currently operating as a Transformation Lead, Programme Director, Portfolio Lead, Business Transformation Director or Senior Change Leader within banking.
