Key Responsibilities
Lead Treasury strategy, cash and liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting and working-capital optimization.Manage and strengthen relationships with major Saudi banks and financial institutions.Lead negotiation and management of financing facilities, credit lines, pricing, fees and banking agreements.Oversee LCs, LGs, guarantees, trade finance and other banking instruments.Manage treasury-related financial risks, controls, governance and compliance.Provide strategic treasury advice to the CFO and senior management.Lead and develop the Treasury team and drive process improvement and treasury digitalization.Candidate Profile:10–15+ years of relevant Treasury / Corporate Finance / Banking experience.3–5+ years in a senior Treasury leadership role such as Head of Treasury, Treasury Director or equivalent.Strong and established banking relationships in Saudi Arabia.Proven track record in banking and financing negotiations, including facility agreements and commercial terms.Strong hands-on knowledge of LCs, LGs, trade finance, credit facilities and cash management.Experience in a large/complex corporate environment.Excellent commercial, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.Excellent English; Arabic is an advantage.
