Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the organization's treasury function, liquidity, banking relationships, debt portfolio, and financial risk management.The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring optimal cash flow, maintaining strong banking partnerships, and supporting the company's growth through effective financing and treasury strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Group Treasury function across multiple business entities.Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term cash flow forecasts.Optimize liquidity and working capital across the organization.Manage relationships with local and international banking partners.Lead negotiations for banking facilities, financing arrangements, and credit lines.Oversee Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees, Performance Bonds, and other trade finance instruments.Manage debt portfolio, facility renewals, refinancing, and covenant compliance.Monitor treasury risks including liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange exposure.Ensure sufficient funding for ongoing and future projects.Prepare treasury reports and financial insights for the Group CFO and Executive Management.Lead treasury process improvements and implement treasury best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, ACT, or CTP is an advantage.Minimum 15 years of finance experience with at least 8 years in Treasury leadership.Strong experience within the Construction, Contracting, Infrastructure, EPC, or Real Estate Developmentsectors.Experience managing large banking facilities and multiple banking relationships.Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.UAE experience is mandatory.
