across all business units, ensuring optimal liquidity, funding availability, capital structure efficiency, and financial risk management.Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this role combines both strategic and operational treasury leadership, including cash management, banking and lender relationships, debt raising, working capital optimization, treasury transformation, digitalization initiatives, and treasury governance.The role is particularly critical in supporting the Group's growth strategy by ensuring sustainable funding sources, efficient cash deployment, robust treasury controls, and implementation of best-in-class treasury processes and technology.The successful candidate will act as the Group's treasury subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on all funding, liquidity, banking, and capital management matters.Key ResponsibilitiesTreasury Strategy & Capital Structure ManagementDevelop and execute the Group Treasury Strategy aligned with corporate growth objectives.Optimize the Group's capital structure to support business expansion and maximize shareholder value.Evaluate funding requirements across business units and develop appropriate financing solutions.Support strategic initiatives through treasury advisory and financial structuring.Monitor market trends, interest rate movements, and financing opportunities.Funding & FinancingLead all debt raising, refinancing, and funding activities across the Group.Structure and negotiate: Bilateral facilities, Syndicated loans, Revolving credit facilities, Asset-backed financing, financing facilities Trade finance solutions Working capital facilitiesManage relationships with local, regional, and international banks and financial institutions.Lead lender due diligence and funding negotiations.Ensure adequate liquidity to support business growth and operational requirements.Manage covenant compliance and lender reporting obligations.Liquidity & Cash ManagementDevelop robust short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting models.Ensure effective liquidity management across all Group entities.Optimize cash utilization and intercompany funding structures.Oversee daily treasury operations, cash positioning, and cash pooling activities.Drive centralization and visibility of Group cash balances.Working Capital OptimizationPartner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, and Fleet teams to improve working capital performance.Develop initiatives to optimize: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory levels, Vehicle funding cycles, Fleet utilization-related cash conversionImprove cash conversion cycle metrics across the Group.Monitor and report key working capital KPIs.Financial Risk ManagementDevelop and implement policies for managing: Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate Risk, Foreign Exchange Risk, Counterparty Risk, Banking RiskRecommend appropriate hedging strategies where required.Monitor treasury risk exposures and ensure compliance with approved risk frameworks.Present risk assessments and mitigation plans to senior management.Treasury Operations & ControlsLead all operational treasury activities ensuring strong governance and control.Establish policies, procedures, and treasury controls aligned with best practices.Ensure segregation of duties and compliance with internal control requirements.Monitor treasury KPIs and performance metrics.Support internal and external audits related to treasury activities.Treasury Transformation & DigitalisationLead the modernization of the Group Treasury function.Design and implement Treasury Transformation initiatives to create a scalable and efficient treasury operating model.Implement Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and cash management technologies.Drive automation of: Cash forecasting, Bank reconciliation, Payment workflows Treasury reporting Liquidity managementDevelop DB reporting and analytics through Power BI and other digital tools.Improve treasury data quality and visibility across the Group.Banking & Stakeholder ManagementServe as primary relationship owner for banking partners.Negotiate pricing, facility structures, and banking services.Coordinate treasury activities with lenders, auditors, legal advisers, rating agencies, and external consultants.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business units.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop the Treasury team.Build a high-performance treasury function capable of supporting future business growth.Promote treasury best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop succession planning and talent capabilities within the function.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess deep treasury expertise combined with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and experience operating within capital-intensive environments.The individual must be capable of managing sophisticated funding structures, leading treasury transformation initiatives, and partnering effectively with senior executives and banking institutions.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or related discipline.Preferred EducationMBA in Finance or Corporate Finance.Master's Degree in Finance, Treasury, Economics, or related field.Professional QualificationsOne or more of the following Treasury certifications strongly preferred: ACT , CTP or CFAFinance qualification (ACCA, CPA, ACA or CIMA) on top of Treasury certification a strong plusExperience RequirementsEssential12-15+ years of progressive Treasury and Corporate Finance experience.Minimum 5 years leading a Treasury function at Group level.Proven track record in debt raising and funding optimization.Significant banking relationship management experience.Experience managing complex funding structures and multiple financing facilities.Strong exposure to treasury operations, liquidity management, and risk management.Experience developing and implementing treasury policies and governance frameworks.PreferredExperience within: Automotive Mobility, Vehicle Leasing, Fleet Management Automotive Distribution, Transportation & Logistics, Infrastructure Capital-intensive businesses or Large regional conglomerates GCC and UAE experience strongly
