Apply & track with Apply EdgeAn international investment company is looking to hire a Head of Treasury to lead and develop treasury activities across an international, multi-entity Group. Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will play a key role in managing liquidity, cash flow, funding, financial risk and treasury operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Group treasury systems, processes, controls and policies, including a Treasury Management System.Lead short-, medium- and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, payments and FX settlements.Prepare regular cash flow, treasury and financial analysis for senior management.Manage Group cash, liquidity and internal funding across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Support Group funding and liquidity strategies, including monitoring debt facilities, covenants and lender reporting.Manage treasury investments and monitor related financial exposures and risks.Identify and mitigate liquidity, credit, interest rate, FX and operational risks.Maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions.Ensure treasury activities comply with internal policies, controls and applicable regulatory requirements.Support audits and other treasury-related reporting and information requests.
Requirements
Significant treasury experience, ideally at Head of Treasury, Senior Treasury Manager or equivalent level.Experience in an international and/or multi-entity environment.Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity planning and cash flow forecasting.Experience managing banking relationships and multiple banking platforms.Experience with intercompany funding across multiple entities and jurisdictions.Good knowledge of FX, debt facilities, covenants and treasury-related financial risk.Experience with Treasury Management Systems, ideally including implementation or development.Strong understanding of treasury governance, controls and regulatory requirements.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with senior leadership.ACT, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
