Employment Type: Full-timeIndustry: Specialty Coffee ABOUT THE ROLEWe are an established specialty coffee business expanding our operations to include a dedicated, state-of-the-art roasting facility.

We are seeking a passionate, world-class Head Roaster to build and lead our roastery operations from bean to cup.This is a comprehensive, hybrid role combining hands-on roasting, origin sourcing, supply chain management, and team leadership. Starting in October 2026, you will oversee the facility setup and green coffee procurement ahead of our Giesen roasting machine installation in November 2026.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSProven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Roaster or Lead Roaster in a specialty coffee roastery.Equipment Mastery: Demonstrated hands-on experience and expertise with Giesen roasters is essential.Direct Trade Connections: Established relationships with farmers and producers in Panama, Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil.Origin Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally to coffee-producing regions for green coffee selection.Sensory Skills: Expertise in cupping and sensory analysis (Q Grader certification is highly preferred).Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of green coffee logistics, roast profiling software (Cropster/Artisan), inventory control, and facility maintenance.Package Includes:✓ Employment Visa✓ Health Insurance✓ Return Flights✓ Weekly Off
