The team is dedicated to delivering attentive, personalized service that enhances the overall fragrance experience and builds long-term customer loyalty.Role Description The Head Store at Mandalika Perfume will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high retail standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bogor and involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and coordinating inventory and merchandising. The Head Store will guide the sales team to achieve targets, implement promotional activities, and ensure the store environment reflects the brand’s premium positioning. This position also includes training and mentoring team members, resolving customer concerns, enforcing company policies, and regularly reporting store performance to management.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to deliver a premium, personalized experience and handle inquiries or concerns professionally.Candidates should possess Retail Sales skills to drive revenue, promote products, and support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, inventory, merchandising, and store documentation efficiently.Candidates should possess Training capabilities to onboard, coach, and develop store staff for consistent performance and service quality.Experience in retail or fragrance/cosmetics is highly beneficial, along with prior supervisory or leadership experience in a store environment.Ability to work on-site full time in Bogor, with flexibility for weekends or peak hours as needed.Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management tools; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with further education in business or retail management considered an advantage.
