Head – Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Operations📍 Location: Morbi, Gujarat 🏢 Industry: Tiles / Ceramics 💼 Experience: 15–20 years NITCO Limited is looking for a senior supply chain leader to take end-to-end ownership of our Tiles sourcing and vendor ecosystem, covering vendor governance, procurement, quality, sampling/NPD, logistics, warehousing and inventory management.Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, vendor development and commercial negotiations
• Build strong vendor governance, benchmarking and performance scorecards
• Drive supply-base diversification beyond the Morbi cluster
• Own quality systems and accelerate sampling/NPD turnaround
• Optimize freight, logistics and warehouse operations
• Manage finished-goods inventory, SKU allocation and ageing reduction
• Strengthen forecasting, supply planning and cross-functional coordination
• Build and lead a high-performing team across sourcing, QC, logistics and vendor managementIdeal Candidate
• 15–20 years of experience in Tiles/Ceramics or closely related building materials
• Strong exposure to third-party/OEM tile manufacturing and vendor management at scale
• Deep understanding of tile costing, sourcing, quality and commercial negotiations
• Proven leadership experience managing large supply-chain operations
• Willing to be based in Morbi, Gujarat🎓 Engineering graduate preferred; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations is an advantage.Candidates with strong Tiles/Ceramics industry experience and large-scale vendor/OEM management exposure are strongly preferred.Interested candidates may apply/share their profile at devanshigandhi@nitco.in
