This role requires a strong leader who can drive high-volume hiring while staying close to the ground and resolving operational challenges.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for large-scale and bulk hiring requirements across business linesBuild, drive, and optimize high-volume recruitment strategies to meet aggressive hiring targetsGet into the detail – identify bottlenecks, simplify processes, and solve execution-level challengesPartner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs and align hiring plans accordinglyDrive vendor management, sourcing mix, and channel effectiveness for volume hiringWhat We Are Looking For:10–12 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2-3 years in a strategic role driving large-scale hiring initiativesExposure to technical hiring will be an added advantageStrong ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levelsTrack record of consistently meeting large-scale hiring targetsStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsAbility to simplify problems, drive solutions, and execute with urgencyWhy Join Us:This is an opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition at scale, build impact, and shape the hiring engine for a rapidly growing organization
