We are hiring: Head – Technology Transfer & Commercialization (TTO) Location: Dubai, UAESector: Academic / Healthcare InnovationWe are looking for an experienced TTO and commercialization leader to drive IP management, technology transfer and commercialization across biomedical, digital health, AI, medtech and clinical innovation.

Key Requirements

• With family book
• 10–15 years of relevant technology transfer, IP or commercialization experience
• 5+ years of team management experience
• Strong experience in IP management, patents and licensing
• Proven experience with spin-outs, startups and investor engagement
• Experience with technology valuation, deal structuring and commercial negotiations
• Background in academic, healthcare, biotech, medtech or digital health
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification required
