Head — Transmission Line (Saudi Arabia)About the roleOur client, a leading global EPC player in power transmission and distribution, is looking for a Head – Transmission Line to lead its high-voltage transmission line business in Saudi Arabia. You will own end-to-end delivery of high-voltage line projects across the Kingdom, from planning and engineering through procurement, construction, testing and commissioning. You will carry full P&L responsibility for the business and act as the senior relationship owner with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and other key stakeholders.What you will doLead end-to-end execution of high-voltage transmission line projects across Saudi Arabia, with timely delivery, quality, safety and client satisfactionManage project planning, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioningRun the business with full P&L responsibility: budgeting, cost control, revenue, cash flow and profitabilityBuild and manage client relationships, particularly with SEC and other key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations, client standards, contractual obligations and project HSE requirementsLead project managers and cross-functional teams, optimise resources and resolve critical project issuesMonitor project performance, mitigate risks, set strategy and drive operational efficiency for sustained business growthWhat you bringBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering20+ years in high-voltage transmission line projects, preferably 380 kV and aboveAt least 5 years of project and operational experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in a leadership positionProven expertise in project management, contract administration and commercial management, with full P&L ownershipStrong understanding of Saudi and international client requirements, local regulations, project execution practices and stakeholder managementDemonstrated ability to lead large project teams, manage multiple projects and deliver operational and financial targetsWhat we offerA senior leadership role with real business ownership in a global EPC organisation with a transmission pipeline in Saudi ArabiaA competitive package, negotiable for the right candidate; details will be shared in conversation
