To learn more, visit www.bluestone.com.About the RoleWe're looking for a Head of Visual Merchandising to lead and ensure seamless execution of VM design concepts across all retail stores — leveraging regional VM teams to drive brand expression, elevate customer experience, and boost in-store sales.Location: Mumbai (On-site)What You'll Do• Ensure consistent, effective implementation of VM design concepts across stores through the regional VM team• Train and develop regional VMs to strengthen technical and role-based competencies• Collaborate with Training and Category teams to periodically refresh VM guidelines in line with sales and brand strategy• Manage external vendors for props, signage, and display materials — balancing quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency• Partner on visual brand initiatives, in-store communication strategy, and product display improvements• Oversee ordering and pricing negotiations for VM materials, and manage changeovers for new and existing stores• Develop video-based VM training content to streamline floor-level execution• Monitor store-level visual execution through regular photo audits and feedback loops• Coach regional VMs with creative and technical feedback to raise output quality and support their growth• Adapt VM strategy to store-level sales trends while staying true to brand aesthetics• Deliver best-in-class visual presentation for store openings, renovations, and key promotional eventsWhat We're Looking For• 5–10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising• Prior experience with luxury or bridge-to-luxury brands is a must• Strong grasp of VM materials, décor elements, and vendor ecosystems• Strong execution capability with an eye for detail, high ownership, and drive• Strong vendor negotiation and coordination skills• Aesthetic sensibility aligned with premium brand standardsEducation• Degree in Fashion Communication, Design, or Visual Merchandising• Preferably from institutions like NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent
