Head Waiter

Bringing you cool elegance from the shores of Cannes and Miami, this seaside spot is vibrant by day and energetic by night.We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead floor service, setting the standard for guest experience and ensuring seamless execution across our day-to-night service.Key Responsibilities :Lead and coordinate the waitstaff team during service, ensuring consistent, high-standard execution across all tables and sections.Set the pace and tone for service, maintaining quality and speed during high-volume peak periods.Train, mentor, and supervise waitstaff on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette.Support VIP table service, coordinating closely with the Guest Relations and bar teams.Conduct pre-service briefings, covering menu updates, VIP guests, and floor allocations. Monitor floor operations, proactively resolving service issues before they reach management. Ensure tables, sections, and service areas are set, maintained, and reset to standard throughout service.Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.Ideal Candidate :Minimum 2 years' experience as a Waiter, including at least 1 year in a Head Waiter, Captain, or senior floor role.Experience within luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end beach club/restaurant venues. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to lead by example during high-pressure service.Deep understanding of VIP/fine dining service standards and etiquette.Good English communication skills; French, Arabic, or Russian an advantage.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
