Head Waiter

We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and highly experienced Head Waiter to join the team at Little Krazy. This is not a traditional fine-dining environment — we are looking for someone who brings personality, energy, confidence, and a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a vibrant, high-energy restaurant where the atmosphere can shift from dining to entertainment, with music, dancing, celebrations, and an engaged guest environment.You should be someone who naturally owns the floor, motivates the team, interacts confidently with guests, and knows how to create an atmosphere where people want to stay, celebrate, and come back.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the front-of-house service team during each shiftAct as a senior point of contact for guests, ensuring a fun, energetic, and highly engaging experienceCoordinate table service, reservations, guest flow, and special requestsMaintain excellent service standards while ensuring the atmosphere remains relaxed, vibrant, and entertainingLead by example with confident, warm, and engaging guest interactionBe comfortable participating in the energy of the venue, including interacting with guests, and engaging with entertainment when appropriateAnticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issuesCoordinate closely with the Restaurant Manager, kitchen, bar, host team, and entertainment teamBrief and motivate the service team before each shiftMonitor table sections, service timing, presentation, and guest satisfactionSupport upselling of food, beverages, and special experiences in a natural and engaging mannerHandle VIP guests and special occasions with confidence and discretionCoach junior waiters and ensure consistent service standards across the floorManage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when requiredEnsure all restaurant policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures are followedSupport opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, organised, and guest-ready restaurantThe Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is:Naturally charismatic, outgoing, and energeticConfident speaking with guests from different cultures and backgroundsComfortable in a loud, busy, music-driven environmentNot afraid to be part of the atmosphereor engage with guests when appropriateA strong team leader who can command the floor without being overly formalFast-thinking, proactive, and solutions-focusedPassionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiencesComfortable working under pressure during busy service periodsWell-presented, confident, and professional while still having a fun personalitySomeone who understands that entertainment and hospitality should work together to create a complete guest experienceRequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant, premium casual, lifestyle, entertainment, or hospitality environmentFluent in English and ArabicPrevious experience as a Head WaiterStrong knowledge of food and beverage serviceExperience leading and developing a front-of-house teamExcellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantageExperience working in international or multicultural hospitality environments is preferredMust be flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periodsA positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for guest interaction are essentialAbout The Group:SIHAMCO is a strategic partner operating proudly under the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), National Events Center (NEC), Riyadh Season and Jeddah Season since 2019.At SIHAMCO, we don't just lead Saudi Arabia's hospitality and entertainment evolution—we create it from the ground up.
