Waiter who can represent the service standards and hospitality philosophy of 7 Mehmet with professionalism and consistency.About the RoleThe Head Waiter will play a key role in the smooth execution of daily floor operations, ensuring that service standards are consistently maintained and that guests receive attentive, professional, and seamless service throughout their experience.Working closely with restaurant management, the kitchen, and the service team, the Head Waiter will be expected to support team coordination, maintain operational discipline, and contribute directly to guest satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating daily floor and service operations before, during, and after serviceEnsuring that 7 Mehmet’s service standards are consistently followed throughout the guest journeyOrganizing assigned sections and supporting table planning according to reservations and operational requirementsGuiding and supporting waiters and service team members during serviceMonitoring service flow and responding proactively to operational needs during high-volume periodsEnsuring effective communication and coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teamsFollowing guest requests closely and ensuring timely, professional, and attentive serviceSupporting the resolution of guest feedback and service-related concerns in a calm and solution-oriented mannerMaintaining strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and product characteristicsProviding accurate and confident menu guidance and recommendations to guestsEnsuring service procedures, table settings, presentation, and grooming standards are maintainedSupporting opening, closing, and shift handover proceduresContributing to the onboarding, training, and development of service team membersSupporting a professional, respectful, disciplined, and collaborative working environmentEnsuring compliance with hygiene, food safety, and occupational health and safety standardsCandidate ProfileWe are looking for professionals who:Have solid experience in professional restaurant serviceHave previously worked as a Head Waiter, Captain Waiter, Senior Waiter, or in a comparable senior service rolePreferably have experience in premium, fine dining, gastronomy-focused, or high-volume à la carte restaurantsHave a strong understanding of professional table service and restaurant operationsDemonstrate excellent guest relations and hospitality skillsHave the ability to coordinate and guide service teams effectivelyPossess strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCan remain composed, attentive, and solution-oriented during demanding service periodsDemonstrate strong attention to detail and a high level of professional presentationHave strong menu and product knowledge and are confident in communicating this knowledge to guestsAre able to represent the restaurant professionally in every guest interactionValue
