• Leading by example while managing your section and supporting the wider team.
• Coordinating service with the kitchen, bar and reception.
• Guiding and developing waiters and runners through briefings and practical coaching.
• Offering confident menu recommendations and ensuring dietary requirements are carefully communicated.
• Handling guest feedback with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintaining service standards, accurate orders and smooth billing.About youYou bring experience in fine dining or premium full-service restaurants, including a previous role as a Head Waiter, Captain or similar floor leadership position.We value confident English, strong service knowledge and a calm, approachable leadership style.
