This full-time, on-site role in Cebu includes supervising waitstaff, coordinating table assignments, and monitoring service quality throughout each shift. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and seating guests, taking and confirming orders, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages, and handling guest inquiries or concerns. The Head Waiter also collaborates with the kitchen team, helps maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, supports training of new staff, and upholds company service standards and safety guidelines.Qualifications Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving.Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including table service and menu knowledge.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with guests, kitchen staff, and service team members.Basic Cooking knowledge or familiarity with food preparation, presentation, and safety is an advantage.Prior experience in a supervisory or lead waiter/head waiter role in a restaurant or similar setting.Ability to work on-site in Cebu with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to inclusive, respectful teamwork and adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
