Fundamental Hospitality | Dubai, UAENow Hiring: Head Waiters, Waiters & HostessesRussian & Turkish Speakers | Dubai, UAEFundamental Hospitality is looking for experienced, passionate and polished hospitality professionals to join our exceptional teams in Dubai for the upcoming winter season.We are hiring Head Waiters, Waiters and Hostesses, with Russian and Turkish-speaking candidates strongly preferred, to deliver the high level of service and guest experience for which Fundamental Hospitality is known.Key ResponsibilitiesHead WaitersLead and support the service team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.Deliver exceptional, personalized service in line with Fundamental Hospitality standards.Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and ensure a memorable dining experience.Demonstrate excellent knowledge of food, beverages, menus and service standards.Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless service.Train, coach and motivate junior team members.Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.Support management with daily operations and service objectives.WaitersProvide warm, professional and attentive service to every guest.Take accurate orders and demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, food and beverages.Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service throughout the dining experience.Ensure efficient communication between guests, kitchen, bar and service teams.Maintain high standards of table presentation, cleanliness and service.Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.Contribute to a smooth, energetic and welcoming restaurant environment.HostessesWelcome and professionally greet guests upon arrival.Manage reservations, seating arrangements and guest flow efficiently.Create a warm and memorable first impression.Maintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant, menus, events and daily operations.Communicate effectively with the service, management and reservations teams.Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with discretion and professionalism.Maintain a polished appearance and impeccable standards of hospitality at all times.RequirementsPrevious experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel or high-end hospitality environment.For Head Waiters: previous experience as a Head Waiter, Senior Waiter or similar supervisory role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent English is essential.Russian and/or Turkish language skills are highly preferred.Professional, polished and guest-focused attitude.Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.International hospitality experience is preferred.A positive, team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Join Fundamental HospitalityIf you are passionate about luxury hospitality, exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
