Alongside our kitchen, our martini bar and Bar Brahé with Dj Evenings twice a week ,make Reisen one of the most vibrant dining and social destinations in Gamla Stan.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress who takes genuine pride in their craft, leads with authority and warmth, and understands that exceptional hospitality is built on knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to make every guest feel like the most important person in the room.The missions: Own and lead the restaurant floor to the highest standard of five-star serviceEnsure a seamless, memorable guest experience from first contact to farewellLead, inspire, and develop the front of house teamTake full responsibility for the quality, pace, and flow of every serviceLead wine service with confidence — recommending, presenting, and serving with expertise.QualificationsProven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or a highly experienced senior waiter ready to step upA background in fine dining, luxury hotels, or high-end restaurant environmentsA five-star service mindset — impeccable standards, guest-focused, and detail-orientedA solid working knowledge of wine is a firm requirement ,you must be comfortable guiding guests through a wine list and making confident, knowledgeable recommendationsA Sommelier diploma or equivalent formal wine qualification is a significant advantage and will be weighted heavily in our selection processStrong leadership presenceFluent English and SwedishEligibility to work in SwedenWhat we offer:
